What we cover
This site covers frames, bases and foundations — slat spacing, support requirements, weight capacity and bed sizes. Mattress firmness and ILD are a separate subject and we do not duplicate that here.
What we do
- We report construction specs and warranty requirements as published.
- We record ranges as ranges because warranty terms differ between manufacturers and product lines.
- Every product carries an honest watch-out, including the ones we rate highly.
What we do not do
- We have not tested any frame. No figure here is our own measurement.
- We do not give warranty or legal advice. Terms are set by the mattress manufacturer and vary by product — read your own warranty.
- We make no medical or sleep-health claims. Support is discussed as a construction property, not a health outcome.
